    Wrong, the Constitution establishes a republic–not a democracy. This is the general problem all ’round, that so few comprehend this distinction. Until this is rectified all such arguments are relegated to the toilet bowl.
    The original statement of principles is NOT the Constitution it is The Declaration of Indipendence. The Constitution is merely a schematic for tripartate government, not the underlying priciples thereof, which are expressed in the Declaration.
