Look, if it makes people stop raping and poisoning the planet, then in a strange way, I’m all for the alarmists cries. Whether it’s a scientic proven or not, is almost irrelevant. I live in a very small community that has changed dramatically over the last three years ” thanks” to alocal landholder having access to a council developer. Five new neighbours. My atmospere has changed, forget the actual climate. I get glares of roofs, three times as many cars, I can here the angle grinders and rachet gun almosts all day. I don’t have black sky at night anymore, etc etc. Now the actual climate, well let me tell you, my neighbor, one of the landed squattocracy built a great big dam, hole , just over my back paddock to provide for his cattle. Since then my tiny little dam has dried up. Now , for me thats climate change. Not the artic ice, that may well, and tragically, be disappearing a little faster than normal. another neighbor has put an ugly row of pine trees to my NE which is year by year taking away my wind sun, I inturn burn more wood to keep warm. That for me is climate change. Likewise take away trees in certain locations, water runs faster, more erratically, errosion gullies occur, winds have no barriers, evaporation rates increase etc etc. Best use you clever literary skills to improve the world that you experience and observe and stop the silly ego centic retorts, because thats what they appear to be to me.
