… Baxter says there are likely still 800 cases of dynamite stored in a wooden shed on the abandoned base, along with buried ammunition all over the site.

“The army sent a demolitions expert up to dispose of [the dynamite], but he said it was too risky to fool with, so he left.” … Read full article

  1. Hope they took radiation detectors with them. Not sure of the name, (camp liberty?) but they also had ‘transportable’ nuclear reactors for power of the “under ice” camp which they probably left, along with the radioactive waste too.

  2. Camp Century under project “Iceworm” (deployment of nuclear missles in Greenland) was claimed to be a “scientific” base. It’s funny how the “climate alarmists” claim that the Arctic has been experiencing record high temperatures and “ice-melt” which is in contradiction to their own records. They also fail to mention that Greenland and other areas have been receiving amounts of snowfall for the past 5 decades that is far greater than what melts in the summer. This was proved long ago when a group of men from the Southern Air Patrol had tried to find a P-38 that had been forced to land on the ice circa WW II. They eventually found it trapped hundreds of feet below the ice. They now claim that they took the reactor along, but left the radioactive and toxic waste. The under the ice base was eventually destroyed and the deployment of missles was cancelled due to the shifting of the ice…more well-spent tax dollars? Knowing what the criminal military does, and also that they knew the ice was increasing, I doubt very much that they ever removed the reactor. We will never know, because the Arctic, as well as the Antarctic, and these areas and bases in Greenland, are strictly forbidden to entry or overflight by unauthorized personnel, and enforcement is carried out with deadly force.
