Lies are Unbekoming | January 27, 2026
In honour of Michael Parenti (1933–2026), who passed away on 24 January 2026 at the age of 92. He spent his life naming what power prefers to leave unnamed.
In 1837, Abraham Lincoln remarked: “These capitalists generally act harmoniously, and in concert, to fleece the people.”
Today, he would be dismissed as a conspiracy theorist.
That dismissal—reflexive, automatic, requiring no engagement with evidence—is not a mark of sophistication. It is a tell. The question worth asking is not whether conspiracies exist (they are a matter of public record and a recognised concept in law) but why acknowledging their existence provokes such reliable hostility. What work does the label “conspiracy theorist” actually do?
The late political scientist Michael Parenti spent decades answering that question. His conclusion was blunt: “’Conspiracy’ refers to something more than just illegal acts. It serves as a dismissive label applied to any acknowledgment of ruling-class power, both its legal and illegal operations.” The term functions not as a descriptor but as a weapon—a thought-terminating cliché that protects the powerful from scrutiny by pathologising those who scrutinise them.
Conspiracy denial, in Parenti’s analysis, is not skepticism. It is the opposite of skepticism. It is credulity toward power dressed up as critical thinking. Nauseating. I didn’t open to this post in October 2017…even more nauseating in this March 2018, and two reasons are Bolton and Pompeo, puppets (but puppets with power and purpose) of the Zionist entity so-called Israel as they lie and masquerade as US patriots.
Among all the other dramas, I wonder: Palestine, ahh Palestine: What will become of you? Will the goddammed satanic Jews-Zionists finally complete their genocide of you and your people?

Agreement and appreciation to the content of the video and the replies thus far: nauseating. And nauseating to see the first of the Jewish war mongers as cited, as so many others, so unctuous and happy as he promotes himself and his program for Israel. So traitorous to America, so beneficial for Israel. So many of them present themselves as pleasing, friendly and sincere.
They’re pleased if Israel receives American taxpayer money. With any entity or people that are aligned and a “Friend of Israel”, they’re friendly. The sincerity is a form of appeal, an appeal to be sympathetic to their confidence game and not question it.
Here’s something interesting as to how Google aims at the most subtle of censorship. At least with my connecting to this video, even though much of what is viewed is political, the suggestions at the end of this “Neocons and Israelis…” are not to similar sites or videos. They are to trivial and mundane subjects, some with the lure of sexy stuff.
The point is, in one way or another, how subtly Google will direct away from web sites which are critical of Israel or any politics as such: it’s the censorship about which little mention is made, but it’s there.

What we must understand and know is that not all “Jews” are Khazarian Jews, who hi-jacked the Jewish religion for their evil purposes. The REAL “Jews” are the Hebrews. There is a distinct difference. We must not put all Jews in the same basket, just as we must not put all Christians in the same basket. Several of the so-called Christian ‘churches’ are nothing more than worshipers of Satan. And who — the ultimate act of inhumanity/unspirituality — screamed “KILL HIM! KILL HIM” anent Jesus? Sure/of course there are “good” Jews. Your “hi-jacked” [by settler-colonial Zionism; pity the Palestinians…) is appropriate…but methinks there’s a pernicious, fatal flaw in the DNA of ANY person or group with the audaciousness/arrogance to aggrandize himself/herself/themselves as “chosen.”
