US Department of Justice demands UK hands over Prince Andrew for questioning over Epstein links – reports
RT | June 7, 2020
The Southern District Court of New York has asked Prince Andrew to testify in the ongoing criminal investigation into Epstein’s alleged accomplices via a Mutual Legal Assistance request filed with the UK Home Office, ABC News reported on Sunday. According to the Sun, which first broke the story, the request was formally lodged last month.
Prince Andrew could be forced to provide testimony under oath in a UK court if the Home Office approves the US court’s request. Should he refuse to either give a signed statement or provide evidence under oath, US prosecutors could issue a summons that would compel him to answer questions in person. The royal has categorically denied any wrongdoing in relation to his friendship with the jet-setting sex offender, who supposedly committed suicide in prison last year while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
As recently as January, head prosecutor for the Epstein case Geoffrey Berman had expressed frustration with the Prince’s failure to assist in the ongoing probe of Epstein’s criminal associates, noting: “Prince Andrew has provided zero cooperation.” The royal had pledged during a BBC Newsnight interview in November that he would help with the US investigation if his “legal advice was to do so.” Shortly after that TV appearance, branded disastrous and “cringe-worthy” by many, he was demoted within the royal family, stepping back from public life.
While Prince Andrew has denied witnessing anything illegal while palling around with Epstein, accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre has claimed they had sex three times when she was 17. A photo of Giuffre with the Prince has been widely circulated. Andrew claims to have met Epstein in 1999, having been introduced by socialite and alleged Epstein madam Ghislaine Maxwell – who is still at large despite supposedly being wanted for questioning by the FBI.
The Home Office has refused to confirm or deny the existence of the request, while the royal family has not commented.
Five Epstein accusers are reportedly eager to give evidence regarding the Prince in US courts, and pre-trial subpoenas could be served regarding those cases should he enter the US.
While the criminal case against Epstein closed with his death, his victims have ongoing civil litigation against his estate. However, because of a last-minute change he made to his will, they will have years of legal wrangling ahead of them if they hope to get any sort of payout.
.Prince Andrew should refuse to cooperate any further since this has descended into a case of dragging in high-profile witnesses for lucrative media show trials. If the Home Office is pressured to cave in to the US Justice Department it should exempt whistle-blower and brave purveyor of vital intelligence about US War Crimes in the public interest, Julian Assange, from further false imprisonment on behalf of foreign entities as a quid pro quo. After all, if the wife of a clerk in the US Embassy in the UK can claim diplomatic immunity to excuse her from a homicide trial, surely a Member of the Royal Family can benefit from similar immunity, especially where no murder is involved and no specific crime is alleged? It is perplexing that as much time and energy is not directed to extracting Madame Maxwell from Israel for her key role in the sex offences scandal, if we really want to stop that kind of criminal activity.

When the U.S. Justice Department drags Larry Silverstein into court to answer questions about his public admission that “He and the NYCFD decided to Pull Building 7”, I’ll be impressed, but, I can’t see that happening. The “BIG GUYS” in the USA seem to be immune to prosecution.

The headline caught my eye as intriguing. I don’t want that PedoEpstein bast*rd’s espionage/Mossad-infused record to disappear into the ether. If action against the odious prince — a perverted as*hole if there ever has been one — can keep the action going, go for it…. (My sole hope at this point is that some peripheral Mossad involvement might surface during the civil phase, since the above states, goddammit it, “…the criminal case against Epstein closed….”) I am a naif, but I am absolutely convinced that PedoEpstein/Mossad had/has a dossier on the odious prince + many others for use in advancing the agenda of the hydra-headed Zionist enterprise….
The ancillary hapless young women victims of PedoEpstein and all those who gorged, hyena-like, on their precious bodies, should/must of course find justice for the vast injustices visited on them….
Bitch Maxwell too — get ‘er and her Mossad involvement as well!!
(Hmmm. Isn’t Berman a typical Jewish name…in New York City at that? Will “coverup/diversion” feature foremost in any proceedings along an espionage track…?)

The legal age for consent is sixteen years…this girl was a year older and willing. He should front it out. Just answer the questions and face any consequences. I may seem uncaring for her but as small children are traded daily and abused terribly…this just seems like a waste of resources. Maybe it’s because I’m British, perhaps I’m biased. I know I don’t understand properly American culture so excuse me if I comment out of turn.

I’ve “liked” your comment, but…gimme a break: a 17 yo (some were younger, to all accounts) *wanting* to be laid by an effing prince? One of his victims spoke of (something along the lines of) his sweaty palms and body, bad breath, whatever. Willing??? Surely it wasn’t because she was panting, “willingly’ waiting for and wanting a willie of any size or shape to enter her body….
If we Americans could ever confront and expose the Zionists and Mossads and PedoEpsteins and Maxwells “occupying us” and be enabled to issue a second Declaration of Independence, ANY AMOUNT OF RESOURCES WOULD NOT BE WASTED, IMO! (The Palestinians would be appreciative too….)

There’s not a snowball’s chance in Hell of the British Royal Family member being dragged into a foreign court to answer questions about anything. I know it’s wrong, but, that’s the way the World is.

Of course, just like J Edgar Hoover, when he ran the FBI, even Presidents were frightened of him, because he kept “DIRT FILES” on ANYONE of importance in the USA(and I’m sure they are still doing it today)
When you have “DIRT” on someone, You OWN them, and you can make them do your bidding. How else does a “shitty little country in the Middle East”(as one French diplomat described Israel) control the mighty USA?
