The Hague won’t stop us – Netanyahu

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed at a press conference on Saturday not to let the genocide case being taken against his country at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) stand in the way of continuing his country’s war against Hamas in Gaza.
“No one will stop us – not The Hague, not the Axis of Evil, and no one else. It is possible and necessary to continue until victory and we will do it,” he said.
While the term “Axis of Evil” was first used in a speech by then-US president George W Bush to refer to Iraq, Iran and North Korea – at the time believed to be Washington’s chief enemies equipped with “weapons of mass destruction” later shown to be almost entirely mythological – it’s not clear whether Netanyahu intended to slight Pyongyang. However, North Korean state media did argue in an editorial posted shortly after the October 7 attack by Hamas that West Jerusalem had brought the raid upon itself with its “constant criminal acts against the Palestinian people.”
Elsewhere in the speech, the Israeli leader used the term to refer to Iran, the Houthis of Yemen, Hezbollah, and Hamas itself – a loose coalition that has elsewhere been described as the “Axis of Resistance” for its opposition to US and Israeli power in the region.
Hearings into alleged genocide against Israel began earlier this week at the ICJ in The Hague in the Netherlands, with South Africa making the case that Israel has engaged in actions “intended to bring about the destruction of a substantial part of the Palestinian national, racial and ethnic group.”
West Jerusalem has countered that it is Hamas actually that is harboring genocidal intent against Israelis and argued it is justified in attempting to “eliminate” the militant group it blames for 1,200 Israeli deaths on October 7 – no matter the resulting harm to the civilian population.
Israel Defense Forces troops have since admitted they were ordered to fire on Israelis in the border kibbutzes and desert rave during the Hamas raid, raising questions about how many of the casualties were actually killed by Palestinians as opposed to IDF tank fire and airstrikes.

The lies about the 1967 war are still more powerful than the truth

In retrospect it can be seen that the 1967 war, the Six Days War, was the turning point in the relationship between the Zionist state of Israel and the Jews of the world (the majority of Jews who prefer to live not in Israel but as citizens of many other nations). Until the 1967 war, and with the exception of a minority of who were politically active, most non-Israeli Jews did not have – how can I put it? – a great empathy with Zionism’s child. Israel was there and, in the sub-consciousness, a refuge of last resort; but the Jewish nationalism it represented had not generated the overtly enthusiastic support of the Jews of the world. The Jews of Israel were in their chosen place and the Jews of the world were in their chosen places. There was not, so to speak, a great feeling of togetherness. At a point David Ben-Gurion, Israel’s founding father and first prime minister, was so disillusioned by the indifference of world Jewry that he went public with his criticism – not enough Jews were coming to live in Israel.

Biblically, the nation of Israel was created by God as the result of a promise to Abraham. By the way, although Abraham was a Hebrew, he wasn’t Jewish. God’s intention was for Israel to be an example of righteousness to the rest of the world, and they entered into an agreement with God to do what He set out for them in the Ten Commandments. The rewards for adherence to these commandments, and the penalties for failure to adhere to them, were elaborated by Moses in Deuteronomy, chapter 28.
Much of the historical record in the Old Testament lists their failures, the result of which was seventy years of non-existence after Nebuchadnezzar destroyed the country and took a small number into captivity. That happened again with the Romans in 70 AD, and it was only in 1948 that Israel became a nation again.
Although the Jews arrogantly believe, because of their origins, they can do what they want and God will support them, it is actually the other way around. If they do not want to do what God wants, then God is going to turn His back on them. They are, in a manner of speaking, God’s children, and like all parents, God is not going to let His wayward kids behave criminally.
Among the many scriptures condemning their behaviour, are these verses from Isaiah:
“Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.
If you be willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land:
But if you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the Lord has spoken it”. Isaiah 1:17,19,20.
The biggest problem most Jews have is that they neither recognise the God who created their nation, nor read and believe any of the scriptures which were given to guide the nation. Consequently, although I could not say when, they are going to find themselves up s**t creek without a paddle. And if any of them read further into their own scriptures, they will find that there is going to be a clearing out of the nation, far worse than the holocaust they claim to have suffered during the Second World War.
I would suggest that it is time they ignored the Talmud and put their noses in the Torah. It might just save their lives.
