Israeli Soldiers Abduct Palestinian Child In Silwad

wardhamed-e1481959273282Israeli soldiers abducted a Palestinian child in Silwad town, east of the central West Bank city of Ramallah, on Friday evening.

The Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) said the child has been identified as Ward Abdul-Qader Hamed, 15, and that he was abducted after the soldiers stopped him at the western entrance of the town.

It is worth mentioning that the abducted child is the son of Qaddoura Fares, the head of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society.

One could get the impression (….) that the kidnapping/arrest of this young man is a matter of (lets say) warning to the Father, to stop exposing and informing people of the conditions of prisoners of the IDF/IOF, one could also get the impression this kidnapping/arrest is an attempt by the IDF/IOF of blackmailing the Father, also intended to stop the activities for the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS)!

    No doubt the IDF/IOF will tell that both impressions are utterly wrong, that the kidnapped/arrested young man was doing something illegally or even unlawful, but the impressions are nevertheless existing, till ofcourse the IDF/IOF are convincingly and with proof making clear why this young man has been kidnapped/arrested!
