‘Neocons Should Be Unhappy’ as Trump Calls Out NATO, Pushes for Peace – Analyst

US President Donald Trump pledged to go ahead with his campaign of “swift and unrelenting action” in reorienting the country’s economy, immigration and foreign policy in his address to Congress.
“It seems he [Trump] wants more and more peace, urging Zelensky to conclude a ceasefire agreement and sign the US-Ukraine minerals deal,”Lt. Col. Karen Kwiatkowski, a retired US AirForce official and former analyst for the US Department of Defense, told Sputnik.
Kwiatkowski stressed that Trump didn’t talk about Europe or NATO other than noting that they depend on the US and use American money, “and yet they seem not to want peace.”
She noted that peace means prosperity for the working people and younger generations rather than those not working and the government.
“It makes sense after watching his speech that he is most popular among the under 40 demographic in the United States according to current polling,” the ex-Pentagon analyst pointed out.
Former DoD officer David Pyne, in turn, said in an interview with Sputnik that “Trump had no reservations about ending all US military assistance to Ukraine” in order “to pressure the Zelensky regime to accept a cease-fire and the peace deal the US is working to negotiate with Russia.”
78% of Americans support Trump’s effort to negotiate an end to the conflict, Pyne stressed. “Even while Democrat leaders continue to support feeding Ukrainian soldiers into the meat grinder.”
Trump will continue to transform the US relationship with Russia “from one of adversaries to a new historic era of strategic partnership,” the analyst believed.

I don’t like to throw around terms like ‘facism’ but this is disgusting. The world is conveniently divided into ‘working people’ and ‘younger generations’ to these people.
Forget about everyone else, including the vast majority of people who work full time and still require some form of aid. Veterans in particular are being destroyed by this admin’s cutting of the VA. Everything outsourced and privatized to make another buck.
Look for the already dwindling number of small farms in Vermont to continue to sell to larger enterprises – the people Trump represents:
‘I can only speak to the USDA side of this, but I can tell you all that there will be farms that will go out of business if this continues, and you will see measurable degradation of the water quality that you drink and what flows by your own homes- not to mention increase soil loss, contamination, and degraded air quality. This will also obviously increase food prices. I guess it will be good for people like Bill Gates, as farms will be going up for sale for the oligarchs to snatch up and then rent back to the peasantry.’

This is a good description of what’s actually happening with Trump 2.0. In short, it’s simply oligarch musical chairs, with the usual players pulling the strings:
‘There is very little real difference between the Republicans and the Democrats on issues that affect the oligarchy, or the Zionist lobby. Trump is more domestic capital (but not entirely) and the Dems (and a chunk of the Republicans) represent more international capital (but not entirely). Protectionism vs. Free Trade. But let’s remember that Biden carried on with Trump’s anti-China turn and the unwillingness to negotiate fairly with Iran.
The US oligarchy has been rethinking the way that it attempts to dominate the world, the big reason why Trump gained so much oligarch support this time around. Much of the deep state and media is also reacting very differently to Trump 2, showing a greater level of oligarch support.’
