The U.S. incarcerates more people than any other country in the world. With 2.2 million people behind bars, and millions more on probation or parole, 1 in 35 American adults is caught up in the prison system. AJ+ teamed up with The Marshall Project to examine why.

I used to laugh when “Arabs” labelled the USA government “The Great Satan”, but now, with the advent of the Internet, and access to ‘alternative news sites(like this one), one is able to check facts so much more easily, and I’m now beginning to think that the USA government(not the American people) is ‘The Great Satan”…………..
