Bad Weather Is No Reason For Climate Alarm

GWPF | Jan 24, 2018

2017 seemed like a year full of bad weather news. But a deeper look at the global data suggests that attempts to link the last year’s extreme weather to climate change are misleading.

  1. I watched this video a week ago. Without going into too many details, I thought there were several points about this video, and the statement above, that were weird and lacking coherence. For a start, the video includes too many references to too many reports that were published by organizations that are supporters of the man-made global warming movement.

Another example – the statement above tells us not to link extreme weather with climate change. But last year’s extreme weather events were quite extreme, quite frequent, and occurred throughout the year, which is a long period. This is the very definition of a change in the climate. Furthermore, the statement assumes that “climate change” = “a warming climate”, which is a strangely unscientific thing for the GWFP to say. As far as I can see, the long-term weather trend is in fact indicating a change in the climate, but to GLOBAL COOLING!!

I have been a subscriber to the GWPF website for a couple of years now. I was under the impression that this website, and this organization, which includes Lord Lawson of Blaby, rejected the “man-made global warming” mantra. Then today I got an email from them with the heading, “State Of The Union: Trump And U.S. Democrats Ignore Global Warming Completely”, with references to articles in the Huffington Post.

It’s almost as if the whole GWPF organization has been sold to their opponents, the man-made global warming crowd! I have now unsubscribed from GWPF.

I’m sure many readers of Aletho News do not fully understand what I am writing about here. It certainly is a complex question. But I have a scientific background (an engineering degree and I have been following this topic quite closely since the ‘Climategate’ affair of 2009. It’s just my opinion but I am convinced that “man-made global warming” is a case of massive scientific fraud.

As Athetho News very astutely pointed out several years ago, one of the major aims of this fraud seems to be to greatly increase the generation of electricity from nuclear power stations. And, wouldn’t you know it, the building of nuclear power stations is a trillion-dollar industry. Have a look at the following website that shows the number of poor countries that are considering going further into debt in order to buy nuclear power stations:
