This week, the influential left-wing scholar Michael Parenti passed away at the age of 92.
Parenti was well known for his sharp criticism of U.S. foreign policy and U.S. imperialism throughout his life, waking up many to the reality of it and the lies used to justify it.

I compiled a booklet ‘Peace with Iran’ in 2016, last time Israel threatened to wipe the country off the map. It shows that Iran is a peaceful nation with a rich heritage of cultural artefacts and buildings it would not risk losing, has not attacked any country in 200 years (the Iran-Iraq War was a gradual tit-for-tat escalated by Kissinger et al.), has not planned to attack Israel – only to halt its attacks on Palestinians – and is run by elected officials not a ‘dictator’. It also reveals the Zionist-US agenda for the Middle East.
