IS ZELENSKY GOING TO BE DIEM-ED?

By Helmholtz Smith | Son Of the New American Revolution | December 22, 2022

If you think that Volodomyr Zelensky is the first leader in the throes of a civil war (yes, I know, Russia invaded, but the war in Ukraine at its roots is a civil war) to visit Washington, DC and speak to Congress and be compared with Winston Churchill, think again.

I thank my friend, Helmholtz Smith, for noting this historical precedent and finding the relevant video.

While I am sure Zelensky is flattered to be described as a modern day Churchill, he was not the first accorded that honor. Did you know that Ngo Dinh Diem also was the Vietnamese Winston Churchill?

In May 1961, U.S. Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson visited Saigon and enthusiastically declared Diệm the “Winston Churchill of Asia”. Asked why he had made the comment, Johnson replied, “Diệm’s the only boy we got out there.” Johnson assured Diệm of more aid in molding a fighting force that could resist the communists.

Diem learned the hard way that once your U.S. backers anoint you as the next Churchill, your days are numbered. Diem was murdered as a consequence of a U.S. engineered coup.

Zelensky’s Wednesday appearance in Washington, D.C. and the accompanying accolades equating him with Winston Churchill is prima facie evidence that most pundits and news readers in American are certifiable ignoramuses. For starters, Churchill, notwithstanding his love affair with imperialism, was a towering intellect. He authored scholarly books and established himself as one of the greatest rhetoricians of all times. He had a knack for turning a phrase and creating iconic moments.

Zelensky? I challenge anyone to recite one memorable moment from Zelensky’s snooze fest before the U.S. Congress. Banality thy name is Volodomyr. But Zelensky can do something that Churchill never did — he can play the piano with his penis. Gives new meaning to the phrase, “banging out a tune.”

Now, set aside the levity. Remember this week as another watershed moment in U.S. history. At the very moment that Washington embraced a malevolent dictator masquerading as a Nazified version of Fidel Castro, Russia sent an unmistakable message to the United States and Europe — Russia acknowledged that a state of war exists, pitting Russia against NATO and the United States, and it is building up its conventional and nuclear forces in anticipation of a future clash.

My dear friend Paul, a retired Navy SEAL Commander, asked me the essential, pertinent question this morning:

The question that continues to nag me, Larry, is most basic. What is the Ukraine-Russia War’s endgame? What do we see as a Ukraine win? Russia’s withdrawal? What does Ukraine see as a win – old borders restored, Russia minds its own business, etc.? What does Russia see as a win – total or partial domination of Ukraine? A western border pushback to NATO’s backyard? Then fortify it (build a fucking wall)? I don’t see focused discussion of the endgame.  No one seems to be asking or answering the endgame question. It appears we (the US) are dumping $$ billions into Ukraine’s defense without telling the taxpayers what the money is expected to achieve – the endgame.

So what do you think? What is the endgame in Ukraine?

  1. Could Diem disco dance?

Seriously, the latest antics of that Zelenskyy, recommending America “invest” in his war, the antics of American politicians jumping to cue and applauding, worse than for Netanyahu’s addressing the Congress, seriously then, this is all devolving worse than a comedy. It’s a farce.

A challenge to be serious when considering the past career of Zelenskyy, to answer the question concluding the analysis, I predict:

Russia will escalate war on the Ukraine, the Ukrainians will realize, as John Mearsheimer said, that Russia will maul that country. Russia will destroy weapons capable of attacks on it as approved and to be provided by its idiotic ‘allies’ no matter who is coaching the Ukrainian military how to use them. Russia will defend itself against such hostility; the peace apparatchiks will disappear (one way or another). NATO will realize the potential of pushing Russia too far and the European citizens will realize the threat, that is, if it’s not so inundated by migrants fleeing wars and famines caused by America. As for Americans, are they too brainwashed by the MSM and the corrupt American politicians of both parties, to come to their senses? Or will this utter indoctrination of American a the protector of freedom prevail?

Since America’s leaders have made of this a farce, one more prediction with farcical seriousness, Joe Biden will stumble off the stage while offering to shake with the hand holding an ice cream cone, bump his noggin and really mutter nonsense. Then Kamala Harris will take over. She will cackle for about ten days, while the Deep State considers whether to honor the line of succession given to Nancy “the Cadaver” Pelosi, who will speak incoherently as usual, before they cop-out to her hammer-headed husband who will declare her unable to take a wobbly knee again.

And finally, in that historical cauldron, Ukraine’s citizens will turn on their burlesque clown, Zelenskyy, who will skedaddle off to Israel to be welcomed on the tarmac by his parents, safe and soundly by-now citizens, by Bibi and a brother-in-arms, Jonathan Pollard. Jeffrey Epstein, too, unrecognizable after plastic surgery. Maybe even his consort, newly declared a suicide without any autopsy, also unrecognizable.

  3. Maybe a good alternative name would be “Sons and Morticians United to Assure the US of As is Buried Deep and Never Again Rears Its Ugly Head” … ? SMUAUSABDNARUH. An unwieldy acronym for sure but that’s the idea.

  4. Based on the track Biden the US/UK/NATO troika has taken, “we’re with you all the way no matter what it takes,” and after reading Colonel MacGregor’s analysis, I agree that the West will escalate the war using Poland and Romanian troops as proxies. The question remains, how will Russia respond? Will Putin and his commanders decide that since Poland and Romania, both NATO members, have boots on the ground, they are now fighting NATO not in name only but in reality? How will Russia respond? Will it view these actions as the penultimate existential threat to the homeland and launch its nuclear arsenal? Or will it accept the reality on the ground as another consequence of its special operation and continue fighting a conventional war of attrition without end? Or will Belarus send its troops to fight alongside Russia?

If Zelenskyy is viewed as a placeholder by the CIA as the Diem brothers were, it begs the question, why? Isn’t this sock puppet sufficiently doing NATO’s bidding? Or, is Mr. Z considered a liability in an expanded war that is to include Polish and Romanian troops not under Zelenskyy’s command but under someone appointed by NATO?

Then there is the question of China with a 2 million-man army. As it stands, the US intends to militarily provoke China over the issue of Taiwan. It is to occur once the “warmup” with Russia ends in a victory for the US.
There are many onlookers though, including Pope Francis, who see the handwriting on the wall and it spells thermonuclear war. Therefore they view the unfolding events in Ukraine with great alarm. They see the US/UK/NATO as a bunch of intoxicated drunks drenched in their own belief that Putin will back down if faced with an existential threat. It’s a nuclear chicken game that most leaders do not want to play.
But as crazy as it sounds this is what passes for leadership in the US and UK.
