A Brief Compendium of Nonsense About Putin

By Patrick Armstrong | December 21, 2015

Brief? I had to force myself to stop at vampire rumours.

I mean, what’s next? Darth Vader (AARGHH! He is).

If there is an upper limit to Putin Derangement Syndrome, no one has found it yet.

Health and psychology

Putin spends a lot of time…

Finally, after work…

And then to bed

Where does he find the time to do all this?

  2. All of those descriptions of Putin, could easily be applied to the upper echelon of psycho’s, imbeciles, ratbags, and self deluded “wankers” at the top of the American government.
There’s a never ending supply of them coming through the ranks, ready to do the biddings of the “People behind the throne”………..Just like the Roman Empire.

  5. Although Patrick Lawrence’s brilliant article should (finally) put the Putin nonsense to bed once and for all, unfortunately the world’s $billionaire war criminal class has accumulated historic levels of wealth and power concentrations and will most likely carry on the insane, pathetic charade..

  6. Excellent in the 2015 presentation of this (Obama-era) analysis of the pitiable US obsession with Putin; even more excellent and relevant in this 2020.

I think Patrick might have included something in the “spends a lot of time” area like “…choosing or somehow coerced to keep at his side Sergei Lavrov as Russia’s Foreign Minister for these many years. That should prove that something is really, really wrong with Putin. After all, who but a really, really bad actor would have a diplomat of Lavrov’s stature managing the ship of state when he/she could have the likes of Mike Pompeo (or, before Pompeo, a long line of similar buffoons)?”
