Canadian landlord says tenants need to show a vaccine passport to live in building
By Christina Maas | Reclaim The Net | November 27, 2021
Strategic Group, a major rental housing provider in Alberta, Canada, announced that all new tenants need to show a vaccine passport to live in its properties. Critics claim the renter’s vaccine mandate sets a dangerous precedent.
“Vaccination of everyone in our community is the only way we are going to get through this pandemic and back to a sense of normalcy,” said Riaz Mamdani, founder and CEO of Strategic Group, in an October 28 press release.
“The safety of our team and our residents is a top priority, so ensuring full vaccination across the board is the least we can do.”
The press release said that “all employees, residents, and prospective residents” have to be vaccinated. Existing tenants will have to show proof of vaccination. Anyone “unable to be vaccinated (i.e., children under the age of 12) is exempt until able to receive the vaccine.”
“These rules apply to all of Strategic Group’s residential communities in Alberta.”
The renter owns more than 100 1 and 2-bedroom units in Edmonton and Calgary.
The Canadian Press reported that the Strategic Group COO Tracey Steman said that the company was “very proud” of the mandatory vaccination policy.
“And we’d like to see other landlords implement the same policy… It will help to end this pandemic,” Steman continued. “We’ve had really good feedback from our tenants.”
According to the company’s CEO, residents inspired the new policy as they were saying that “they value knowing that all their neighbors are vaccinated – they feel even safer in their own homes.”
Eva Chipiuk of the Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) told LifeSiteNews that Strategic Group’s vaccine mandate for tenants “sets a dangerous precedent in Alberta and in Canada.”
“According to this renter’s policy, you do not deserve a roof over your head unless you have taken an experimental injection,” said Chipiuk.
“Such a policy, utterly unthinkable two years ago, is now frighteningly announced with pride,” she added.
“Under what authority is this policy being made?”
Chipiuk noted that the laws banning smoking indoors were discussed in “government housing.”
“This is not the same. These rental companies are taking the law into their own hands. If we allow this to happen, what will be next and who will find themselves without a place to live?” the lawyer asked.
In an article on The Lawyers Daily, landlord-tenant lawyer Caryma Sa’d explained why it is illegal for landlords to enforce vaccine passport mandates for tenants. Sa’d noted that refusing a potential client because of their vaccination status is discrimination.
Also, “landlords cannot simply make unilateral changes to the terms of the agreement, which would include imposing proof of vaccination as a condition of the tenancy.”
“This would prevent a landlord from attempting to evict a tenant based on vaccination status, unless it can be established that the tenant is substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of others within the unit or otherwise causing serious problems at the residential complex because of their vaccination status,” the lawyer continued.
The president of the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations John Dickie told the Canadian Press that it was “possible” for some landlords to follow Strategic Group’s lead and implement a vaccine passport mandate, but that was not likely to be “very widespread.”
“We’re not the health police,” said Dickie.
“Rental housing providers realize people need housing. We’re not in the habit of inquiring into people’s political views.”
Why Washington’s ‘Russian Invasion’ Scare is Cover for Kiev’s New Offensive Against Donbass

By Ekaterina Blinova | Sputnik | November 27, 2021
Washington is bracing for an “imminent invasion” of Ukraine by Russia: former US Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul has released a series of tweets claiming that Ukrainian civilians will fight to the bitter end against Russian “occupiers”. For his part, Hollywood star Sean Penn arrived in Ukraine to film a documentary about “Russian aggression”, being photographed in combat gear and a helmet as he visited Ukrainian troops in the Donetsk region last week.
While peddling the “Ukraine invasion” story, the Western media nevertheless admit that they have no idea of Russia’s genuine intentions. Thus, Bloomberg claimed on 21 November that a 100,000-strong Russian contingent is preparing “a rapid, large-scale push into Ukraine from multiple locations”, adding below that “America and others are not saying a war is certain, or even that they know for sure Putin is serious about one”. Similarly, Militarytimes.com acknowledges that it’s unclear whether the troop concentration in Russia’s western regions really “heralds an imminent attack” against Ukraine. Moscow has consistently rejected the US allegations, with Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov denouncing them as “artificial hysteria”.
Why ‘Russian Invasion’ Hysteria Doesn’t Hold Water
“This is hardly the first such ‘Russian invasion’ scare in the Western media”, says Mark Sleboda, a US military veteran and international affairs and security analyst. “The last such one was back in March/April of this year, but similar scare-mongering has occurred on a regular basis for the last 6 years”.
The military veteran emphasises that there is no threat of an “imminent Russian invasion of Ukraine”. He explains that Ukraine is a country of some 40 million people with armed forces in excess of 250,000 strong, which means that “any substantial Russian military intervention in Ukraine would require an amassed force of some 300,000-500,000 troops just to start”. However, Western media reports are talking about a Russian buildup of forces “somewhere near Ukrainian borders (or at least closer to Ukrainian borders than to China’s borders) of some 90,000 Russian troops”.
“Careful observers will note that this is approximately the same number of Russian troops that have been in the vicinity of the Ukrainian border since the US-backed Maidan Putsch overthrew the democratically elected government in Kiev in 2014 and began a civil conflict to subjugate east Ukraine to that seizure of power”, the security analyst says.
Moreover, in the wake of the US media fuss, the Kiev regime’s military, state border service, and Sergei Nikiforov, the spokesman for President Zelenskiy, have denied any Russian military buildup on the country’s borders in the last month, Sleboda notes.
Meanwhile, EU participants of the Normandy Four, France and Germany, have not only failed to pressure the Ukrainian leadership to begin discussions with the breakaway Donbass republics under the Minsk Accords, but have repeated unsubstantiated claims of a potential Russian “invasion” of Ukraine and warned Moscow of “serious consequences”.
Sleboda notes that at the same time, the US and its NATO allies have recently stepped up the delivery of lethal arms to Kiev. The US and the UK are currently assisting Kiev in the construction of new military bases on the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov, pledging to send more military “advisers” and special forces to the East European state. For its part, the Pentagon has revived discussions of Ukraine’s admission to NATO.
It’s hardly surprising that Moscow regards the actions by the US and its European NATO allies as an effort to destabilise the region, torpedo the Minsk Agreements, and turn Ukraine into a de facto NATO protectorate and forward military post against Russia, according to the US military veteran.
NATO Buildup in Ukraine May Lead to Undesired Results
NATO’s recent joint military games in close proximity to Russia’s borders as well as earlier instances of the alliance violating the county’s territorial waters in the Black Sea, are only adding to Moscow’s concerns.
Apart from this, 10 US strategic bombers rehearsed the option of using nuclear weapons against Russia almost simultaneously from the Western and Eastern directions during the Global Thunder drills, according to Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu. The defence minister highlighted on 23 November that the US planes had come within 20 km (12.4 miles) of the Russian border. In the course of the drills, US strategic aviation conducted 30 flights over the month, which is 2.5 times more than the same period last year, Shoigu said.
According to Sleboda, “the obvious intent of this malign and frankly insane ‘Dr Strangelove-esque’ sabre-rattling is to cow Russia into submission to US global military primacy and hegemony and to force the Kremlin to back down and give in to US demands in such geopolitical hotspots as Ukraine and Syria”.
Moreover, they are apparently trying to make the Russian government reconsider the strong and growing strategic partnership that Russia has with China, the security analyst notes. However, the continual abysmal state of “Russian expert” analysis in Washington “will of course only lead to the exact opposite reaction by the Russian state – ever more resolute defiance and alliance with China“, he suggests.
Thus, during a Tuesday video conversation, Russian Defence Minister Shoigu and his Chinese counterpart Wei Fenghe emphasised that the US’ provocative behaviour poses a military threat to both Moscow and Beijing and agreed to intensify joint strategic exercises and patrols.
Kiev’s Potential Offensive Against Donbass
The security analyst notes that this particularly includes “the Kiev regime troop buildup on the contact line”; “increased shelling of civilian areas and infrastructure in Donbass”; “the seizure of a settlement in the demilitarised zone between the two warring Ukrainian forces”; “and an air attack on Donetsk by the Kiev regime with a Turkish-built TB-2 Bayraktar combat drone.”
The circulation of the fake news about the “Russian invasion” of Ukraine in the US media is part of Washington’s plan to push Kiev to reinvigorate the military conflict in Donbass, according to Sergei Naryshkin, director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR). Speaking to the Rossiya One broadcaster on 27 November, the Russian intelligence chief said that the US is intentionally feeding its allies with false information about Russia’s preparations for military action in Ukraine.
While the US is trying to fan the military standoff in Donbass, Sleboda doubts that the US-backed Kiev regime “truly believes that it can subjugate the Donbass in east Ukraine”:
“The goal of any Kiev regime military provocation in Donbass would be to spur lagging Western political, military, and economic support and to try once again to get the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline – which would deprive Kiev of billions of dollars of subsidisation by Russia every year in gas transit fees – killed by the new German government. Call it a tantrum and desperate cry for Western attention by a spoiled Kiev client state”, the security analyst suggests.
However, “considering the exploding political, energy, economic, and pandemic crises in the country, with Zelenskiy’s approval rating plummeting to 24%”, the Donbass offensive scenario is a “very realistic risk and possibility that could be launched by Kiev, despite the potential consequences”, Sleboda concludes.
How to escape Google
Do you belong to the 94% of Internet users who have no clue?
The US search engine market in 2019 (SparkToro)
Swiss Policy Research | November 25, 2021
Google Search has a US online search market share of about 70%, or even 94% if Google Images, Google Maps and Google-owned YouTube are added (see chart above).
If you belong to these 94%, there is some bad news for you.
As a well-known US podcaster recently discovered, Google is indeed “hiding information” from its users. This has actually been known for many years, but it has become especially obvious and serious during the coronavirus pandemic.
In fact, censorship by Google has become so bad that nowadays, advanced Internet users are using Google primarily to monitor the current extent of censorship, not to actually search for anything. US researcher Dr. Robert Epstein termed it the Search Engine Manipulation Effect (SEME).
Of note, Google censorship affects not just search results, but even search suggestions. In other words, Google is first manipulating what you search for, only to then additionally manipulate what results you will get. It is well worth trying this out yourself to appreciate the effect (see below).
What is Google hiding from you? In short, they are hiding “non-authoritative sources”. In other words, they are hiding stuff those in power don’t want you to know or to even think of.
This is not all that surprising, given that Google initially was a research and startup project funded and supported by US intelligence and the military to “retain information superiority”.
Essentially, Google Search has become an online prison library.
Fortunately, there are a few alternatives to Google Search, although not as many as one might think. In fact, there are currently only two real alternatives to Google Search.
These two alternatives are Microsoft Bing and Russian Yandex.
The fact that Microsoft as a monopolistic corporation and Yandex as a Russian provider are offering more or less uncensored search results is somewhat ironic, and both of them may have their own reasons for doing so. But these are currently the only real alternatives to Google.
What about the many other, independent search engines, though? The truth is, most of them are neither independent, nor even actual search engines, as most of them simply rely on results provided by Google or Bing.
For instance, Startpage is simply providing Google search results.
DuckDuckGo, Yahoo, Qwant, Ecosia, Swisscows, MetaGer and other search engines are primarily relying on Microsoft Bing, although some of them may be adding a few other contextual sources or important privacy features. But with most searches, you will simply get Bing results.
If Microsoft Bing, one day, should decide to apply Google-style censorship (or get forced to do so), sophisticated Western Internet users will either have to rely on Russian Yandex, or will finally have to create an independent, real and uncensored search engine.
Otherwise, the Internet is going to become a pretty dark place, literally.
(Update: In June 2021, independent browser developer Brave beta-launched its own search engine, Brave Search, which is creating and using its own search index. If successful, Brave Search may become the first true, non-Russian alternative to Google Search and Microsoft Bing.)
One more thing: YouTube. YouTube belongs to Google, too (since 2006).
This is why it has become increasingly difficult to find YouTube videos on “controversial topics”. In many cases, what you are looking for may already have been deleted by YouTube, but even if not, it may not be displayed in the highly censored YouTube search results and recommendations.
Instead, one has to use an alternative search engine based on Bing – which is indexing YouTube videos independently – and then search for the topic by adding “site:youtube.com”.
Or, better still, use an alternative video platform from the outset, like Odysee, Bitchute, Rumble, Brighteon, DTube, or even Archive.org.
Independent video producers, too, increasingly have to switch to these alternative platforms, as creating videos on YouTube nowadays is like building a sandcastle too close to the water.

Google vs. Yandex
Russian Yandex seems to be manipulating search suggestions in the opposite way of Google. For instance, when searching for “Pfizer vaccine”, the first two search suggestions currently are “Pfizer vaccine deaths” and “Pfizer vaccine side effects”. Meanwhile, on Google, “Pfizer vaccine” is being auto-completed to “near me”, “booster”, “FDA approval”, “for kids”, or “efficacy”.
“Pfizer vaccine”: Yandex vs. Google
Google vs. Bing
Coronavirus: a “planned pandemic” (Bing) or “planning tools” (Google)?

PROOF: COVID vaccines cause prion diseases
By Steve Kirsch | November 26, 2021
Twitter suspended my account (likely forever since there is no appeal) due to one post on prion diseases. Here’s the information they wanted to make sure you NEVER find out.
Summary
There is no doubt the mRNA vaccines are causing prion diseases. People didn’t have these diseases before the shot and suddenly they develop them after the shot. There is no other explanation for this. None of the “fact checkers” can explain the cause of the excess rates. Prion diseases are incurable and always fatal. You can die as soon as 6 weeks after COVID vaccination (see within 6 weeks and within 6 months examples).
However, Twitter believes this is not true, but they refuse to tell anyone why they think that. Other fact checkers who have checked this out never did a VAERS query and are unable to explain away the “excess” number of reports other than doing a blanket dismissal that everything in VAERS is fraudulent without providing any evidence of that claim (other than one report out of 1.6M reports).
None of the fact checkers will debate on this to set the record straight.
On November 24, 2021 I posted the following message on Twitter:
Twitter suspended my account hours later. There is no appeal available. All content over the last 12 years was removed. All my 75K followers were zeroed. My messages were removed. There was no opportunity to download my content.
The only thing left: that my Twitter ID was @stkirsch.
Twitter refuses to tell us what I said that was misleading?
Twitter won’t tell me that!!! They are deliberately withholding their definitive analysis on this extremely important scientific issue. Why???
I really want to know. Obviously, Twitter fact-checkers (all of whom I presume must have PhD degrees or MD degrees to be able to assess my claims) were able to quickly read all the medical literature and determine without a doubt I made an error and should be terminated for making a mistake. But they won’t tell me the mistake!!
If they want to fight misinformation, why aren’t they posting a link to their research proving me wrong when they terminate the account. They obviously invested hours of time in the research before they terminated me. Why not provide a link to that research so everyone can learn from it including me??
Here’s the evidence for my claim
Back in May 2021 when Professor Byram Bridle was disclosing the FOIA request on the Pfizer vaccine bio-distribution data he mentioned that the spike protein was associated with Lewy body formation which is linked to prion diseases. He expressed concern that the vaccines could cause prion diseases like dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD).
What do you know. He was right. Now we have proof.
Check out these VAERS query results. These searches are over all 30 years of VAERS and all 70+ vaccines. See anything unusual? Yeah, for less than 1 year of the COVID vaccines, the results are off the charts.
And for CJD which is extremely rare:
Remember, these are 30 year searches for all vaccines. Clearly there are excess reports. And we know VAERS isn’t being “over-reported” this year which I’ve shown many times before (events not caused by the vaccine are reported at rates comparable to other vaccines).
If it wasn’t the COVID vaccines causing this, what was the cause?
Nobody can answer that question, not even the Twitter fact checkers!

And compare them to some of the “fact checks” which claim there are no instances in VAERS which as you can see from the queries above (which you can replicate yourself):
You decide who is telling the truth.
And note that the “fact checkers” never did a single VAERS query. Wow. That’s the first place you’d look to prove the claim is false.
how to manufacture a hospital crisis…
… and set off the next round of panic and upheaval so you can keep your emergency powers
el gato malo – bad cattitude – november 27, 2021
kathy hochul has been more or less (to use a technical term of psychiatric art) bonkers since the moment she assumed the mantle of empire state gubernatorial power from andy “let’s lie to the justice department about what happened to grandma” cuomo.
remember her terrifying rant about how the vaccines are from god and that there could be no religious exceptions because all religious leaders agree that you need the jab?
if that did not bring up the hairs on your arms, i shudder to think what would.
(full discussion HERE)
clearly, this woman is more than a few fries short of a happy meal. she seems deeply determined to prove her self to be the “fire” to señor andy’s “frying pan.” so here is the next volley:
the new variant (of which NY currently has zero cases) and that, frankly, looks more like hype than substance, is already a NY emergency.
the goal here is to limit elective procedures and free up hospital capacity. but read that bottom caption closely:
“and staff shortages.”
one might be forgiven for doubting the earnestness of her claims and fears about the covid emergency here for one simple reason: the staffing shortages are of her own making and she could fix them with the stroke of a pen.
this is being driven by vaccine mandates that have forced healthcare workers out of hospitals. (just like so many of us said they would)
leaving aside the literal lunacy of not allowing health care workers to make their own health choices, this is obviously a severe issue for staffing. on the order of 20% of hospital staff have expressed unwillingness to vaccinate. it ramps to more like 30% in assisted living facilities and nursing homes.
those are HUGE numbers. crippling numbers. impossible numbers.
no hospital can run 20% short staffed without inviting calamity.
and NY (and NYC in particular) hospitals are basket cases in the best of times. they are inadequate in number and lurch from near crisis to near collapse. it’s their basic operating condition.
and obviously, we’re seeing issues with operational capability already.
and we’re only here:
the seasonal ramp in hospitalization is just starting.
meanwhile, hospital bed capacity has dropped 12% since the beginning of the year (through 11/12, so not yet capturing the effects of some mandates biting). ICU beds are down 18%.
98% of over 65’s in NY have had a covid vaccine. 89% of 12 and up. kathy pushes them as the solution, but clearly does not trust them to save the hospitals that she seems intent on ensuring are short staffed. this seems an odd response to an “emergency.”
in an emergency, you want all hands on deck. you don’t send a big swathe of your experienced professionals home.
nothing in her behavior makes any sense. push a vaxx you don’t trust to save the hospitals you just hamstrung because of an emergency that you do not seem to actually believe in to grab fiat powers over who gets access to medical care? really?
this smacks more of crisis accentuating cosplay than of crisis management.
and NY is FAR from the only place this is going on.
it’s going to be fascinating watching new yorkers flee to florida to get surgery.
there’s a debacle brewing here, and it’s one of government and governance, not epidemiology.
this idiocy has become endemic.
it’s like watching the brandon administration curtail drilling then freak out about high gasoline prices and tap the strategic reserve or mandating unpopular vaccines and wondering why there’s a trucker shortage or paying people more not to work than they could make working and wondering why no one can hire.
it’s like half the leaders in the US have become intent on ramming pumps into the spikes of the world then wondering why we fell down.
either they are world class fools or they are wreckers intent on knocking things down so that they may pretend to “build them back better” in spasm of crony capitalism and cargo cult thinking.
a modest proposal:
